Hunger
Consuming food will have different effects on you based on the quality or type of food you are eating. In general, Food will give you a stat buff when consumed. The duration of this buff is dependent on the quality of the food you are eating. Food that is purchased from NPC vendors is low quality food. Food that is made by a player, but not exceptional is regular quality food. Food that is made by a player and is exceptional is exceptional quality food.
Skill Gain
If you are near full you will experience an increased chance to gain skill.
