Small update to
-add in some prep work for Archery Aptitude expansion.
-Increased the mana requirements for ancient spells. This value was too low when paired with lower mana cost items

Fixed it so the faction invasion message now has a timer for how long until the invasion ends.
Also made it so that the message will only appear every five minutes and only to members who belong to the factions.
Fixed a bug with the sigil of deep blue whispers keep.

Just a reminder that the seasonal Krampus event is active! You can fight Krampus and his elves by delivering trade orders to cities. Krampus will appear after a certain number of trade orders are completed! The elves have a chance to drop Snowglobes!
